Order Confirmation & Deposits: An order is only "booked" after payment is received.

 

Health Notice: This food is made in a home kitchen and is not inspected by the Department of State Health Services or a local health department.

Although Obsidian Confectionery, LLC may offer "nut-free" or "gluten-free" options, your kitchen handles common allergens (wheat, nuts, dairy, etc.) and cross-contamination is possible.

 

Liability & Transport: After the product leaves Obsidian Confectionery, LLC premises (via pickup or delivery), Obsidian Confectionery, LLC are no longer responsible for any damage (e.g., heat damage, dropped baked goods).

 

Artistic License: Custom designs are art and may have slight variations in color or style from "inspiration photos."

 

Order Policy: All orders require payment in full, non-refundable to secure your order.

Cancellations & Refunds: We do not offer refunds for cancellations.

 

Pickup & Delivery: For pickups, please arrive within your scheduled 15-minute window. We are not responsible for damage once the product leaves our possession.

 

Allergy Warning: Our products may contain or come into contact with milk, wheat, nuts, soy, and other allergens. You agree to notify your guests of this risk.
